VOLUNTEER HELPERS:
A big THANK YOU to all who signed up on my volunteer sheets last week. There was a great response!

The jobs left for CHOIR MEMBERS are listed below:

  • 2 Refreshment/Kitchen Helpers
  • 2 50/50 Ticket Sellers
  • 4 Take Down Sanctuary After the Concert Helpers

Remaining jobs for NON-CHOIR MEMBERS are:

  • 2 Persons to Sell Tickets at the Door

Just to make things easier, please feel free to send me an e-mail, letting me know you would like to help out. Let’s get all the jobs filled up this week.

CONCERT TICKETS:

There are concert tickets available for you to pick up and sell to your family and friends. Tickets are $10 now, and $15 at the door. The bargain is now!!!!! You can take unpaid tickets with you to sell, however, please return the CASH and/or any UNSOLD TICKETS to me at our rehearsal at Trinity, on Wednesday, June 1. Please feel free to e-mail me now directly, letting me know how many tickets you would like, and I will have them available for you to pick up on Wednesday.

REFRESHMENTS AT CONCERT:

Last week, a number of our new members inquired about refreshments the evening of the Concert. Here’s the scoop…….

I trust everyone will bring one item for the refreshment table to share with each other and all our guests. Please bring to the church auditorium, already prepared (cut) on your own plate or bowl from home, properly covered with saran wrap. These can be immediately placed on the tables set up in Trinity Hall, ready for intermission. Of course, you will have to remember to take your plate/bowl back home after the concert! Please bring FINGER FOODS only – nothing requiring a fork or spoon to eat. Suggestions: squares / cookies / candies / any kind of loaf / tarts / cheese & crackers / veggies / fruit / bowl of potato chips, doritos, etc.

See you Wednesday, Barbara
