Dress Rehearsal
This Wednesday January 20th, please make your way directly to Trinity United Church for Dress Rehearsal at 7:30. This means we will be rehearsing in our concert venue, not necessarily in our concert clothes. More on what to wear below under the heading ‘Concert’.
Tickets
Again, tickets will be available before and after our practice on Wednesday. Remember – pre-sold tickets are $10; at the door, they are $15. You can pay for them when you pick them up, or on the 20th at our rehearsal at Trinity.
Pre-Concert Promotion
I have enclosed a scan of our poster. (Thank you Kira and Kelley!) Please post wherever you can! Grocery Stores, Office, Church … Wherever you are, chances are our audience is there too! Tell your friends and family!!

Concert
For the concert at Trinity United Church on Saturday January 23rd, please arrive at 5:30PM with your finger food refreshments, binder and big smiles, and please wear a solid bright coloured top (not black, not white, not patterned or multi-coloured), with dark bottoms.

Please bring one item for the refreshment table to share with each other and all our guests. Please bring to the church kitchen already prepared (cut) on your own plate or bowl from home, properly covered with saran wrap. These can be immediately placed on the tables set up in the auditorium, ready for intermission. Of course, you will have to remember to take your plate/bowl back home after the concert.
