Hi my singing friends!
Remember me? Yup, I know it’s only been a week but it’s amazing how swiftly our summer schedules over-take our lives. I just wanted you to have this reminder that Wednesday evening at 7:30PM at Baptist Church we will be having our annual ‘Town Hall’ meeting, where we review what worked and what we’d like to improve as a group. Also, because we are incorporated as a not-for-profit, we must hold our annual General Meeting, and a Special Member’s Meeting to pass an ‘extraordinary resolution’ to vote on and waive having an audit or review engagement. In case you didn’t receive my earlier emails on the topic, please find enclosed the agenda for Wednesday night, along with the financial report.
Also – if you haven’t already done so, there’s still time to respond to our Survey, which will really help us improve as a choir. I plan to review the results at our Town Hall meeting. If you haven’t seen the email, please check your junk mail. It’s important and really helpful!
